This project started about 2 yrs ago. When I received the Truck it was a basket case!!! The rear bed had to be completely reconstructed and there was allot of surface rust with extensive body work!!!!! Now I have the truck just about ready for paint!!!! We put a custom center console W/ Elect. Ice Chest the truck will also have a onboard computer that will have wireless internet and will also run the diagnostics from the engine. Welded in a new fire wall and floor pan, inlayed diamond plate in the bed. Welded all the seems on the front hood and fenders. I will be dropping a custom 440 about 500 hp. in the 72 sub chassis that I in boarded the leaf springs so that I can put as big as a 16" x 24" tire under her in the rear!!!

2/7/2009 Update: I have been working very hard for the past few weeks on the interior and have completed the console and the setting of the gauges, and flat screens that will display all of the engine data. I am beginning to fab. the box that will hold the on board computer that will be able to surf the web, play music, get traffic updates,check e mail, or even make a phone call. I'm also installing cameras for the side and backup views, not to mention the 5000 watt sound system!!!! with 12 speakers thru out the cab. I've imbedded diamond plate in the bed. Allot of custom fabrication thru out the D100. I have seen alot of these trucks and they have allot of style if their done right!!! Now for the beast that will put the hole thing into motion. A duel quad stroked custom 440 w/ two stage nos system!! it will put out about 700 hp on pump gas!! the paint will be as special as the rest.
